Service Overview
Supplemental Service. We aren’t looking to get anyone fired. Let us work in addition to your current cleaners, not to replace them! We’re sure that any cleaner could do just as well, if given the time.
Your rental should smell fresh. We clean under and behind beds and furniture. We make sure all of the drawers are clean. We clean your oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Our middle name is “Thorough.”
Walls, Doorjambs, and Baseboards. When is the last time you cleaned the baseboards? One pet and put a deep grime in the corners.
Cobweb demolition. Our cleaners always look up. Little details count.
Damage reporting. Sometimes guests are hard on a property. We photograph and promptly report any discovered damage.
Entrance window cleaning. This is the first thing a guest sees. It is vitally important that the front windows are cleaned and shiny.
The ocean coast has some breath-taking views of the ocean. Can your guests see though your main windows?
Better reviews = More money. Some owners are horrified to discover that their reviews are down near the bottom on recommendation sites. Our clients are consistently rated near the top. Our favorite Waldport house is booked up months in advance (with some guests returning year after year).
