We charge based on the project rather than by the hour. Your project can be early morning, late morning, early afternoon, or late afternoon. We stay until the job is finished. We start at $249, but many factors come into play. We need to take a look at your property to give you an exact quote.
There is more involved for a commercial cleaning. Bathrooms are heavily used, bigger, and have more supplies to restock. There is more garbage to empty. Typically, business owners have specific needs for their floors, windows, and furniture. When your shift ends, our shift begins.

• 2500sq ft or more. Super-size home. We have cleaned our fair share of mansions! This can take a full day, or several days. This is billed the same as a deep cleaning, since it will take all day (or more).

We do most of our work in Newport, Oregon. We have a few recurring clients in Lincoln City, and as far south as Yachats.
To pay for gas, as well as our time, we charge $50 for each hour of travel beyond Newport. We'll do it, but it takes time. We have gone all the way out to Happy Valley!

Regular cleaning of a vacation rental has to be fast, fast, fast! They are usually in and out in 1-2 hours. Usually, they don't do a thorough job (you get what you pay for).
We offer a supplemental service in addition to your regular maid service. Every 6 months or so, we deep clean your house. We check under the bed, behind the furniture, and inside the cabinets.
Our customers have reported that the "funky smell" is gone after one of our cleanings.
This service is all day. We cannot deep-clean your house the same day as a guest check in!
