We charge based on the project rather than by the hour. Your project be early morning, late morning, early afternoon, or late afternoon. We stay until the job is finished. We start at $250, but many other factors come into play, so we need to take a look at your property. If we are within your budget, we'd love to talk more!
There is more involved for a commercial cleaning. Bathrooms are heavily used, bigger, and have more supplies to restock. There is more garbage to empty. Typically, business owners have specific needs for their floors, windows, and furniture. When your shift ends, our shift begins.

A deep cleaning is an all day, intense scrubbing. We use our elbow grease to remove that layer of grime hiding WAY back behind your appliances and above your kitchen cabinets.
We come in bright and early and stay until the light fades. Two maids will look high and low for that nasty sludge. All of the typical cleaning services are included, plus an extra-deep dirt-punch! If one day isn't good enough, we'll come out for another half day free of charge!
We have a flat rate of $1500 for a deep cleaning. Of course, some projects are huge. We've been summoned to a couple mansions. We might have to adjust our rate.

• 800sq ft or less. This is a small trailer or a small apartment. Since we have a $250 minimum, we typically do not clean this size of property.
• 800 - 2500sq ft. Your typical 2 bed, 1 bath house to something a bit bigger. This would take all morning or all afternoon to clean. Most of our work is done in this range.
• 2500sq ft or more. Super-size home. We have cleaned our fair share of mansions! This can take a full day, or several days. This is billed the same as a deep cleaning, since it will take all day (or more).

We do most of our work in Newport, Oregon. We have a few recurring clients in Lincoln City, and as far south as Yachats. To pay for gas, as well as our time, we charge $50 for each hour of travel beyond Newport. Give us a call at 541-806-0871, send us a text, or send us an email through our online form.
The cleaning of a vacation rental is not so challenging. The main challenge is the speed of the washer and dryer, and the timing of back to back cleanings (same day check-out/check-in).
If a washer/dryer is not functioning correctly, or if a guest used all the sheets and towels in the house, a cleaner is forced to stay multiple hours after a cleaning is completed only waiting for the laundry to finish.
There are several solutions for this:
1. Keep your washer/dryer in good repair.
2. Wash and/or dry laundry at a laundromat (additional fees apply)
3. Purchase an additional dryer to keep in the garage (we have one client who does this).
Since a back to back cleaning can happen with no advance notice, regular clients must be moved to accommodate.
All of that said, we love working with vacation rentals. Please realize that there are other factors at play.
