We get it. Margins are thin. Turn times are short. Supplies are expensive. Let us whip your property in shape with time to spare. We’ll restock supplies, wash and fold the towels, clean out the fridge, remake the beds, and notify you of any damage.
Service Overview
Schedule Management. When there is a new guest, let us know the date and time the property will be vacant, and when it needs to be cleaned for the next guest. Yes, we can do back-to-back cleaning (checking out and in the same day)! Just let us know.
Stripping and Making beds. We take off the old sheets and pillowcases and replace them with freshly cleaned ones. We recommend having a fresh set on hand to make house turn over faster. Sometime a comforter also needs washing, so keep a second one on hand, as well.
Vacuuming, sweeping, & mopping. We do all the regular stuff.
Cobweb demolition. Our cleaners always look up. Little details count.
Damage reporting. Sometimes guests are hard on a property. We photograph and promptly report and discovered damage.
Refill accessories. Paper towels, soaps, toilet paper, sponges… Let us know how you like your house for your guest!
Entrance window cleaning. This is the first thing a guest sees. It is vitally important that the front windows are cleaned on every visit.
Dishwasher. If there are clean dishes, we put them away. If there are dirty dishes, we do them.
Laundry. At the very least we will do your towels. Just let us know what detergent to use. If your wash does not include a “Quick” cycle, we might need a plan “B” (if new guests are in-bound)
